Write to us and we'll route it to the right person:
Typical reply time is 2–4 days. Patch-related corrections are prioritised over general enquiries.
What to write about
- Report an error or outdated guide. Include the page URL, the patch version you're playing on, and the section you're flagging. Highest priority — these go to the top of the queue.
- Suggest a new guide. Tell us the question you couldn't find an answer to. If we can verify the answer in play, we'll write it. We don't promise to write every suggestion, but we read all of them.
- Tip a factual correction. Same as a report, but for things like mislabelled weapon stats, wrong cooldown numbers, or wrong patch dates. Cite the source if you have one.
- Advertising and partnerships. Only relevant for game publishers, key marketplaces, and hardware brands with a real fit for the audience. See the about page for what the site will and won't accept.
- Reprint or republish permission. Short quotes with attribution and a link are fine. For full republication, write first — most requests we can grant with a backlink.
What we can't help with
- Account recovery, billing disputes, or refund requests — those go to the publisher or the platform you bought the game on, not us.
- Cheat or exploit support. We don't write cheat guides, and we won't help diagnose third-party tools.
- DMCA or legal correspondence. Send it to the same email with the page URL and a description of the issue — we route it to the right person.
Response time
Most messages get a personal reply within a few days. If your message looks like a mass pitch or contains a generic SEO offer, it goes to the back of the queue — please don't take that personally, and please don't follow up asking for a status update.
FAQ
Why a contact form instead of a chat widget?
A static email keeps the page lightweight and doesn't load any third-party tracking scripts. It also means you can quote and reply to the thread in plain text.
Do you accept guest posts?
Case by case. If you've shipped a build guide for a class we haven't covered and you can show the play data behind it, write to us — we'll consider it.
Will you share my email with third parties?
No. We don't sell, rent, or trade reader or writer emails. See the about page for the full data policy.
Can I send a tip anonymously?
Yes — leave the identifying fields off and we won't ask. We can't reply to anonymous tips, so use that path only if you don't need a follow-up.
