Seer Build Guide — Mistfall Hunter (Reverent & Blasphemer)
Last revised 2026-08-14. Tested against the current live patch.
The Seer is Mistfall Hunter's support class — a healer and buffer built around runes and curse mana. Its Blasphemer path flips it into an offensive mace fighter. This guide covers both, with affixes and talents that actually work.
Seer role at a glance
The Seer manipulates curse mana and places runes — healing, shielding, and crowd-control tools that shine in a coordinated trio. On its own it has low solo carry; the Blasphemer subclass adds a melee mace path with real burst. Pick Reverent for squad support, Blasphemer if you want to fight solo or dive.
Reverent support build
The Reverent Seer keeps the squad alive with runes:
- Core runes: Punishment Rune (auto-attacking turret), Shelter Rune (team shields), Binding Rune (zone denial / immobilize), Healing Rune, Healing Art (battle heal), Psionic Shield.
- Basic attack: Psionic Orb — hold to fire an enhanced orb with more damage, range, and impact.
- Best affixes: Eloquence (anti-interrupt on chants), Seamless (cooldown), Valor, Aegis (tankiness for a caster).
- Key talents: Potent Wounding, Enhanced Tracking, Deep Healing, Rigidity (Binding Rune escape = stun), Retention, Leverage.
Playstyle: drop Punishment Rune for poke, Shelter Rune between you and the frontline, watch ally health bars, and save Healing Art for high-stakes fights.
Blasphemer DPS build
The Blasphemer swaps the catalyst for a mace and plays in melee, generating curse mana to power Rune abilities:
- Core loop: generate six Curse Mana stacks, then your heavy attack becomes the equipped Rune — Drain Rune (damage + lifesteal) is the centerpiece, with Sweep for groups and Stun Rune for chasing.
- Best affixes: Stoic (survivability + emergency heal below 30%), Tenacious (max HP + healing), Fervor (damage while attacking), Blessing (Zeal uptime), Strife (melee damage), Seamless (cooldown).
- Key talents: Ferocity (Super Armor on Zeal), Relentless (extend Zeal), Divine Power (more Curse Mana), Extract (Curse Mana on hit), Electrocution (move while casting), Bloodlust (Drain healing), Internal Injury, Mastery.
Seer in trios vs solo
Reverent is at its best in a coordinated trio — heals, shields, and dispels swing sustained fights. Solo, a pure Reverent struggles; the Blasphemer mace path (Drain Rune, Shapeshift, Paralysis Curse) gives the self-sustain to fight alone. Match the subclass to how you actually play.
Matchups
The Seer is strong in sustained squad fights where heals and dispels matter, and the Blasphemer is reported strong against General Harald. Its weak spot is getting opened on and bursted before it can react — notably by Shadowstrix. Respect that matchup and keep distance or a frontline between you and a duelist.
