Mistfall Hunter Interactive Map — Zones, Chests & Routes
Last revised 2026-08-14. Tested against the current live patch.
Mistfall Hunter's raids play out across a handful of zones, and knowing where the loot nodes and extraction points are is the difference between a full bag and a wasted timer. Here's the layout that matters for farming.
The two main zones
- Brandrgarde — the more structured, defended zone. Denser enemy patrols and better-protected chests, which means better rolls but more risk.
- Hallowgrove — the classic farming route. More open, more chest nodes, and a reliable path that experienced players run for steady Gyldenblod income.
Chest & loot node types
Not all containers are equal. Protected chests are the ones worth hunting — they're the source of Ciphers (see the Cipher guide) and the best affix-roll gear. Ordinary loose containers are vendor-fodder by comparison; grab them only if your bag is light.
The Hallowgrove farming route
- Enter on the safe edge and clear the first chest node before pushing inward.
- Follow the treasure-line path rather than cutting across open ground — it keeps you near cover.
- Hit the protected chest, then route toward the nearest extraction point. Most wipes happen on the "one more node" greed.
Extraction points & safe exits
Every zone has at least one extraction portal. Learn its location before you loot, not after — a full bag with no remembered exit is the most expensive mistake in the genre. If the timer is in its last third, take the long way around PvP hot zones; a fight at the wrong corner pulls other squads into you.
PvP hot zones to avoid when full
The central atriums and boss arenas are where squads converge. If you're already carrying high-value loot, skip the center and extract. The map rewards discipline more than bravery.
